State Fund Series in September
Montana State Fund's next round of free safety workshops begin in September. Topics include: Actively Caring for People; Leading Indicators of Your Safety Culture; and Slips, Trips, and Falls. The symposium will give women involved in promoting Montana's agriculture the opportunity to learn about issues affecting Montana's rural agricultural communities, promote leadership development and further support women's leadership roles within those communities. The Mon-Dak Ag Showcase, set for July 10-12, is an annual event that exhibits and promotes the Mon-Dak region as an ideal place for new agricultural businesses and development. The featured speakers during Wednesday's dinner will be NDSU Athletic Director Gene Taylor and keynote speaker Trent Loos, a widely known humorist/storyteller from Litchfield, Nebraska. Masterworks from an anonymous lender will grace the Yellowstone Art Museum's walls for a limited time in an exhibition titled Immortal Glance: European Masterworks. Chamber Tour

The Montana Chamber of Commerce will be visiting 33 cities in Montana during its annual Montana Business Agenda Tour. The focus of the tour this year will be on the results of the 63rd Montana Legislature.

The tour will be in Billings on May 31 at 8 a.m. in the Crowne Plaza. They will visit Laurel on the same day at 12 noon during the Rotary Meeting.
