Billings Clinic Foundation’s 2015 Classic will feature Grammy Award-winning pop superstars The Pointer Sisters on August 29.  Proceeds from the 2015 Classic benefit the Billings Clinic Internal Medicine Residency, . Classic tickets range in price from $80-$160. The $160 ticket includes a pre-concert street party with heavy hors d’oeuvres and hosted refreshments, The Pointer Sisters concert, and a post-concert party, featuring Under the Streetlamp and the Bucky Beaver Ground Grippers. Farm Bureau Convention Slated for November

The Montana Farm Bureau Annual Convention is slated for November 9-12 at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center. The convention will feature speakers, informative workshops, county Farm Bureau awards and the Resolution Session.

Notable speakers at the event include Montana Governor Steve Bullock; motivational speaker Lois Olmstead, and Farm Mom of the Year April Hemmes for the Women's Leadership Committee.

Condoleezza Rice Coming to Billings

Dr. Condoleezza Rice, Former Secretary of State, will be in Billings on Friday, May 8, as the keynote speaker for Provision International Missions Banquet. Also featured in the program will be world-renowned vocal artist Wintley Phipps.

The event, which will be held at the Montana Convention Center, Holiday Inn, is a fundraiser for Provision International which provides food, clothing, medical care and shelter for the poor around the world.
